I am writing to let you know how impressed I was by two of your technicians, Reinaldo and Max. They were very professional and answered the questions and concerns my husband and I had with the new cover and installation. They were also able to straighten the leading edge bar (one side’s rope was longer than the other) which was extremely crooked. Reinaldo and Max gave us the information we needed to maintain our pool cover and the plans CoverSafe offers to help us do so.
