The CoverSafe team worked closely with the family to ensure the installation blended beautifully with their existing landscape. A custom cedar bench was built to house the cover system, creating a clean, cohesive look that complements the backyard design.
“You just turn a key, flip a switch and the pool is covered,” Maria shared. “The gorgeous cedar bench over the mechanism keeps everything hidden and sleek and just looks like it’s part of the backyard design.”

Three (3) Coversafe technicians arrived at our home today to perform our annual service for our retractable (in-ground) pool cover. They were courteous, knowledgeable and neat. Upon completion of the service, they made sure to review with us, everything they did and made sure that any questions we had were addressed. In summary, we were very pleased with the service and with Gerson, Freddie and one other gentleman.
We purchase a home here in AZ that has a pool with a retractable pool cover. Never having one before I was unfamiliar with the care of the cover. Discovered that it had been installed by CoverSafe. Called in and spoke to Kelly – a very polite, kind, friendly and informative lady. She got the process rolling of having a technician come out to perform service. Got a text message from Eddie with a date of Monday, 2-20-25 for the technician to arrive.
On the 10th received a text message saying that the technician would arrive soon – and so he did! Nick is a very friendly, polite and kind gentleman who is extremely professional, skilled and knowledgeable, performed the recommended service and also was willing to provide me with tips to keep the cover in good condition. Seriously, I could not have been more pleased with the great service I received. I HIGHLY recommend this company!
