Zak from the Richmond Service Office performed my annual maintenance and cover cleaning on June 9, 2025. I have been a Coversafe customer for 5 years. Zak arrived and told me exactly what he was going to do and asked me if I had any questions or concerns. I told him I thought there was a small hole in my cover, but had no other concerns.
