The CoverSafe team worked closely with the family to ensure the installation blended beautifully with their existing landscape. A custom cedar bench was built to house the cover system, creating a clean, cohesive look that complements the backyard design.

I am very happy with the service I received from CoverSafe. I had a problem with my previous cover that was a little more than a year old. When I called CoverSafe to let therm know that last years pool cover looked like it was seven years old, not its actual age, which was only one year old. I spoke with Jessica Passetti, Regional Coordinator for the company. She worked with me for a couple of weeks and saw to it that last years defective cover would be replaced with a brand new cover. She could not have been more understanding and kind. Each time I talked with her on the phone she was personable and efficient. I would also like to thank Cory, the man who installed my new cover. Both Jessica and Cory were excellent representatives for their company. I will recommend CoverSafe to my friends with pools who are in need of a safety cover.
My cover wasn’t moving. Shevlon quickly found the problem and fixed it.

Our cover came completely off of its tracks after a torrential thunderstorm and power outage. Nick came out and got it back on its track and fully operational in less than 2 hours. He was very professional and did not stop working, despite record heat, until he was done. I was very impressed with both his skill and pleasant personality.
