I have been using Coversafe for many years. They installed my cover and serviced it a few times. I just broke one of the ropes. I called and they gave me an appointment, then they were able to come by even sooner. Reinaldo and Just were great. Explained everything and made sure everything was working properly. Having an automatic pool cover was a great decision.
