We purchase a home here in AZ that has a pool with a retractable pool cover. Never having one before I was unfamiliar with the care of the cover. Discovered that it had been installed by CoverSafe. Called in and spoke to Kelly – a very polite, kind, friendly and informative lady. She got the process rolling of having a technician come out to perform service. Got a text message from Eddie with a date of Monday, 2-20-25 for the technician to arrive.

On the 10th received a text message saying that the technician would arrive soon – and so he did! Nick is a very friendly, polite and kind gentleman who is extremely professional, skilled and knowledgeable, performed the recommended service and also was willing to provide me with tips to keep the cover in good condition. Seriously, I could not have been more pleased with the great service I received. I HIGHLY recommend this company!

My Pool Cover is not working, I believe it’s a mechanical issue. I called Coversafe and spoke to Ash…. Francisco and Raymond were here earlier today for our annual maintenance and pool cover cleaning. As we have come to expect from CoverSafe their service was superb.
