Our automatic pool cover came off its track leaving the pool cover in a half open position. We called CoverSafe which was able to get technicians to our home the following day who were scheduled to do work nearby. Freddy and Franco were fabulous!! Zak from the Richmond Service Office performed my annual maintenance and cover cleaning on June 9, 2025. I have been a Coversafe customer for 5 years. Zak arrived and told me exactly what he was going to do and asked me if I had any questions or concerns. I told him I thought there was a small hole in my cover, but had no other concerns.
