Right after they fixed my pool cover I had a rain storm that caused my cover not open. Ruth Karcher went above and beyond at getting me service because I had just open my pool and was in the process of cleaning the pool. Coversafe is an excellent product and Coversafe NJ has always provided us with great service. We love our cover, it has added an extra level of safety and protection for our pool through the years. Coversafe NJ provides us with excellent service, cleaning, and maintaining our cover annually and responsive service of the rare repair. Yesterday, we had an issue with how our pool maintenance people operated our cover yesterday, and we called Coversafe late in the afternoon. They were extremely responsive and promptly came today. They did a great job adjusting and thoroughly cleaning out the cover. We very highly recommend them.
