Nick from Coversafe came yesterday to fix our broken 13-year-old pool cover in Woolford, MD. There were unexpected issues and it took over 3 hours of hard work to complete the job. Nick was terrific — knew what he was doing, had all the right parts and tools, and was a pleasure to deal with. We are very satisfied with the job and the fact that it was completed for the quoted price despite the unexpected issues with the cover.

The technicians that worked on our pool cover this year were excellent and very respectful of the garden around the pool. Cover box was cleaned out with minimal disturbance to the ground surrounding the pool.
