We have had the same cover for 13 years. It has held up great. It was time to replace it and my new cover is amazing. The technician was great. He took care of everything himself. Removed the old, replaced the lines, and installed the new cover. He did a great job. I can only hope this one last that long.

The work was done on time, according to specifications and with no supplemental costs. The technicians were friendly and informative. The representative (Janine) who scheduled our cover replacement appointment was very pleasant, extremely helpful and kept us up-to-date on everything before and after the appointment (the latter being invoice settlement). This is a big investment, but the experience was very pleasant and the product looks good and appears durable. I will DEFINITELY use this company when we need the cover replaced again, around a decade from now! Highly recommended.
