From the highly responsive coordination, through the expert design and installation, we were very happy at every step. We have a 25 meter lap pool with a vanishing edge, all of which presents special challenges. Despite regular calls, we were waiting months and months for service from the company that installed our original cover, and they ultimately didn’t have the resources to provide adequate and timely service. CoverSafe stepped into the breach on short notice, and kept us informed of the process moving forward which was swift and professional. We are vary happy with the finished product, and know that any maintenance issues going forward will likely be handled with the same degree of professionalism.

To my horror, my pool service company told me I was on my own when they opened my pool and jammed my automatic pool cover. They had installed it with the pool, so I was surprised when I was left in the lurch with an open pool, a potentially deadly nuisance to say nothing of the dirt that could pour in. I called CoversSafe and they had technicians at my pool in four days. The service technicians were competent and reassuring to this Crazy pool owner. They got the pool cover up and running after thoughtfully considering the options. Such a relief.

The pool cover is old enough to be replaced, and I will be going back to CoverSafe for this new installation. I would not have a pool without a pool cover.
