Our automatic pool cover services are offered across the United States. We currently offer our automatic pool cover services in the following states:
East Coast: Connecticut, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New York (Upstate and Long Island), Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, Delaware, Virginia, Washington D.C., and Georgia.
Midwest: Michigan (State and Upper Peninsula), Indiana, Wisconsin, Illinois
West: Utah, Colorado
Please note: Expedited service is available if you are within a 100 mile radius of one of our service center locations.

Maintenance
Auto-Renews Yearly
- Full system maintenance
- Removal of debris from the cover box
- Lubrication of all pulleys and fittings
- Adjustment of clutch
- Tightening of any loose bolts, nuts, and screws
- 30 day labor warranty
- Plan conveniently auto-renews yearly
- Does not include parts, cover wash and UV application, or expedited non-working cover service. Upgrade to our Extended Service Plan for these added benefits.
Extended Service plan - 1 cover wash

- Full system maintenance
- One cover wash / UV application included
- Non-working cover response within 3 business days
- Save up to $1,000 with included replacement of sliders, ropes / cables, guide feeds, and pulleys as needed
- Extends the labor warranty through the end of the calendar year
- 10% discount on any additional parts
- Discount towards future fabric replacement
- 25% off the replacement fabric labor when an ESP and replacement fabric are purchased in the same year
- Plan conveniently auto-renews yearly
Extended Service Plan - 2 cover wash

- Full system maintenance
- Two cover wash / UV application included. Keep your cover conditioned twice as long with a 2nd end-of-season wash!
- Non-working cover response within 3 business days
- Save up to $1,000 with included replacement of sliders, ropes / cables, guide feeds, and pulleys as needed

1 Hour Service
Our experienced technicians are prepared to fix a variety of cover problems including:
- Cover will not open or close.
- Cover is opening / closing on an angle.
- Motor is making unusual noise.
- Cover has a hole or tear that is less than 4.5″
- System evaluations.
- Includes 1 hour of service.
Emergency Saturday Service
Same Day Service Available
Includes: 1 Hour Service

Cover Wash &
UV Treatment
Is your automatic pool cover fabric looking a little dull or dirty?
- Will make your automatic pool cover fabric look new again.
- Extends the lifespan of the cover fabric by blocking the suns harmful UV rays.
- Cover wash and UV treatment are recommended yearly to protect your investment for years to come.
- Cover washes are only available as an add-on to a Complete System Maintenance or included in our Extended Service Plans. The wash can be done at the time of service or scheduled on a later date.
