The CoverSafe vendor in Maryland has serviced our pool cover for three seasons. They always sent a qualified and professional technician who quickly assessed our situation and discussed with us the work needs prior to proceeding. They had parts on hand (in their work truck) and confidently executed the service.

The technician(s) offered advice on how best to handle the cover to ensure it has an extended life and also reviewed aspects of the entire cover assembly which helped us greatly to understand our system. We never felt like they just wanted to sell us services we did not need.
