Becoming a Technician
Our Technicians install and maintain automatic pool covers on location. They lead their daily schedule and are provided with all the resources and tools needed for quality workmanship.

Levels
Technician I
Learn basic pool cover skills in the field with your designated trainer
Technician II
Attend a company paid in depth training session in our new facility
Technician III
Learn to be a Lead Technician and take charge of your own jobs
Technician IV
Continue to develop your skills and knowledge as a lead technician
Program Requirements
- Current valid driver license
- Strong Communication skills
- 2-3 years of mechanical experience in a related field
- Must complete on-the-job working interview
- Ambitious with a desire for more
- Able to travel for overnight training
