Extremely helpful, professional, and responded very quickly during a very busy part of the pool season – these guys are total pros!! Had a serious issue with the cover. Called CoverSafe and Gary called back within 5 minutes and gave me detailed instructions on how to secure and fix over the phone as a courtesy. It worked perfectly and Gary came by the next day or so to double check. Made sure everything was alright – no Charge!
